I just wanted to e-mail and say a massive thank you for the excellent service I have received from Just…Fascias. It is always daunting when getting quotes and choosing the right company for home repairs etc. From your initial visit to my house, offering recommendations (moving the fall pipes to the rear of the property, aligning the garage gutter with the porch gutter etc etc) and giving full details of the work that would be carried out (including photos from the previous jobs that you have completed) I felt completely at ease and was happy to go ahead.

You arranged for the work to be completed earlier than planned to accommodate me, which I am grateful for. I cannot praise the three guys enough, polite, courteous, knowledgeable, professional workmanship. It was freezing throughout the four days that the guys were at my property, but they all worked non-stop from the moment that they arrived (on-time every morning), to the moment that they left. Each day my property (driveway etc) was left clean and tidy, with all rubbish removed. Scaffolding was used each day to ensure quality of work and taken down and rebuilt whenever any risk from wind.

I cannot praise you enough and will definitely be recommending you to family and friends that may be looking to have any work completed in the future. I will also be using Just…Fascias without hesitation for any work that I may require in future. I have completed reviews for ‘Which Trusted Traders’ and ‘Checkatrade.com’ giving the highest rating for Tidiness, Reliability, Courtesy, Quality, Value and Customer Service. Thanks for doing a great job. 

We were impressed with the quality of the job and the courtesy of the guys doing it, from the tendering stage to completion. Also communication with the firm was excellent. We were impressed with the thoroughness of the tendering stage, and assessment of access for scaffolding and the full written quotation. Your team arrived on the stated day and completed the job in the time quoted. There were no radios on site, no swearing or shouting, no smoking and minimal disturbance to neighbours. One rotten rafter was found and this was replaced together with the roofing felt and tile laths in the area affected. Every day the guys cleaned up afterwards and took the rubbish away. A 10 year guarantee was provided and I was happy to make full payment on completion. 

As a Chartered Engineer who dealt with many contractors during my working life, I scrutinize jobs during their execution, and at no time did I have any cause for concern with this one.

I was highly impressed with the lads’ attitude to the job. Within minutes of arriving scaffold was being erected and work had begun. They worked with little fuss and stopped only for a short lunch break. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was done in a manner rarely seen these days.
